I remember how intensely I wanted my partner to want me, to feel passion and experience physical intimacy on more than just the "missionary level."

I lost myself in a relationship where I settled for what was given to me, leaving behind what I wanted, desired, and needed.

We never talked about our feelings, thoughts, or goals, failing to share our daily experiences.

We were together, yet all alone.

To him, I was "a given," and I would try in vain to "fix" him so he would finally SEE ME.

I was at a point where I didn't want to go home, knowing he would be there. I was relieved on the days he would be out late.

Despite it all, I stayed, pleading, pleasing, and trying to accommodate.

Eventually, after years of settling for being second best, I left.

I risked EVERYTHING - my finances, shame, and being alone for the rest of my life...and oh boy, was I in for a surprise!

Taking time to get my "mojo" back, to love myself for who I was, and to heal from past disappointments took months. But I finally got to the point where I absolutely accepted myself, embracing life, and handling challenges with ease. I had never been so happy!

I felt fulfilled and satisfied, like a delicious, mouth-watering sundae as I believe I can have the fulfilled emotional and physical intimate relationship I desire BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT.

And that is what I teach you!

How my story continued...

I met my "Mr. Big." The love of my life swept in, and luckily, I could receive his love and return it unconditionally. He was the cherry on top of my sundae.

Out of respect and privacy, I won't go into all of the details of our relationship; just know we've had our ups and downs. Yet, after all these years together, we haven't lost our desire, passion and love for one another, and our intimacy continues to grow and get better with time!
